Our nanoshuttles are designed with a cargo-agnostic approach, which means they can carry a wide range of treatments, from small-molecule drugs to macromolecules such as peptides, proteins, and RNA. This adaptability allows us to tailor each nanoshuttle to the specific needs of the therapy and the target condition, enhancing precision and effectiveness.

Customising the nanoshuttles starts with optimising the encapsulation process for the selected treatment or combination of treatments. The porous structure of MOFs, combined with our expertise in synthetic chemistry and drug formulation, enables us to adjust the loading and release profiles to suit the therapy’s requirements. This precision is particularly important in cancer treatment, where targeted delivery and controlled drug release are essential to minimise side effects and improve patient outcomes.
